A Prayer for Coming Home.
Thank you for the opportunity to be here now.
Open the pathways that will lead me back to myself, and equip me with the courage to travel them no matter what the cost.
Connect me with like-minded people who are on their own journey to free themselves from the karmic cycles we have become entangled in.
Redirect me when I fall off my course, and challenge me to meet myself face-to-face when I do.
Unravel the hesitations that stand in my way. Help me to approach them with love and understanding, honoring the reasons they were developed in the first place and thanking them for the purpose they have served in keeping me safe from what I was not yet ready to feel. Assist me in laying them to rest with gratitude as I pull from my newly-discovered ability to take things as they come.
Prepare my heart for new connections that will be life-giving and challenge me to grow. Teach me how to feel and be safe with myself so that I may know how to offer that safety to others when appropriate. Strengthen my discernment as I stay open to the meeting and releasing of these connections throughout the duration of this current incarnation.
Remind me that I am not designed to do this alone.
Guide me in my decisions so that I may make mindful choices in consideration of other people and the Natural world. Show me the balance between giving to others and nurturing my Self.
Sever the bonds that tie me to the shoreline.
Walk with me side by side and connect me with my Spirit guides who yearn to surround me with love and guidance during this time.
Align my heartbeat with that of Life itself, lest I forget the reason I chose to come back in the first place.
Renew in me the desire to be who I am, where I am, filled with gratitude for all that has transpired and endless joy and curiosity for what has yet to come.
