I had this dream a while back in which a small, young girl appeared to me. She was maybe five or six years old, and had blond (nearly white) hair, a button nose, and the most mystical shade of purple eyes. She came up to me and introduced herself as “M.”
But there was something off.

M was dead.

This kiddo was a child actress, appearing in movies and films when she was less than a year old, and stayed involved in the industry all the way up until her demise. It wasn’t clear to me how she died, but it was obvious that little M had no idea it had happened.

She would show up in the Middle World (on Earth) every so often, and search for her family and friends she remembered having while still alive. The tragic twist came when I realized that M wasn’t searching for folks she had known in her personal life, but rather, those she had acted alongside in movies and shows. She was searching, tirelessly, forever, for a home that only existed in a fictional storyline. But she didn’t know.

M led me all over the area, showing off the places she lived with her many mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers. Every so often, I would recognize a place we visited or a person she mentioned from a program I enjoyed during my own childhood. Each time we would arrive to a new space, M would furrow her brow in confusion, wondering where everyone had gone. I didn’t understand what was happening until the end of the dream, and by that point, M had already begun to fade from the physical space she inhabited, back to wherever it is spirits travel from when returning to the Middle World. She looked up at me and frowned, but said “tank you” before she disappeared.

Should I tell her if we find each other again? Or would that be wrong?
